There’s a kind of music that exists only in the Florida Keys—soft, sun-washed rhythms that drift like a warm breeze and linger long after sunset. Alex and Alec’s late-summer wedding captured that same effortless, laid-back energy, unfolding as a day filled with love and quiet beauty.
From beginning to end, we worked closely with Alec and Alex to bring their intimate wedding day vision to life—an experience shared only with their closest family, in the place that feels most like home to them: the Florida Keys.
Drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings, it was important to Alec and Alex that the design reflected the essence of the Keys. We embraced a palette of creams, greens, and teals, echoing the sway of palm trees and, naturally, paying homage to the famous Key Lime Pie.

Becca and Jake’s lakeside bash was one that effortlessly blended relaxed elegance with joyful celebration.
We worked with the couple on honing in their big-picture vision of “a wedding with a laid-back vibe, but also feeling like a scene from a wedding in the Hamptons. Most importantly, we want to use our wedding weekend to bring together our favorite people, offering them a chance to step back from the worries of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing getaway by Lake Michigan.”
Becca’s vision of a colorful and joyful lakeside party came to life through our attentiveness to the logistics and details that brought everything together—from the intentional flow and timing of the day to the exact number of bud vases gracing each table. There was thoughtful consideration in every little detail, creating an atmosphere that felt effortless, welcoming, and deeply personal. The result was a weekend that felt less like an event and more like a cherished summer escape shared with the people they love most.
